The Debt Clinic is a joint project operated by Skagit Legal Aid and the local office of the Northwest Justice Project.

Who We Serve:  Any person with a pending hearing in the Skagit District Court in regards to the following:

• Debt Collection

• Garnishment

• Medical Debts and Charity Care

Where: Skagit District Court located at 600 South 3rd Street in Mount Vernon during the civil motion calendar every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.

How to Request an Appointment: Walk-in to the Skagit County District Court during the desginated times. Try to arrive as early as possible.
