Who We Serve: The East County Legal Clinic for Homeless Youth and Adults is a collaborative project between Skagit Legal Aid and Legal Counsel for Youth and Children (LCYC) that serves persons ages 12 and up who are experiencing or at risk of housing instability in East Skagit County.

Where: Community Blessing Building. Walk-in or prescreened clients meet with staff and volunteer attorneys.
