Participants will gain insight into anticipated changes in immigration enforcement policies and practices, a clear understanding of Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful searches and seizures, and practical guidance on developing a personal and family rapid response preparedness plan to address potential immigration-related emergencies.
Representatives from the Law Office of Carol Edward, the Skagit County Public Defender's Office, and the Northwest Justice Project will be the presenters.
