Law Day Legal Clinic
Law Day is held in early May every year to celebrate the role of law in our society and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the legal profession.
Skagit Legal Aid and the Skagit County Bar Association are hosting their annual Law Day Legal Clinic where anyone from Skagit County can meet with an attorney about any civil legal issue for free, including but not limited to the following:
Immigration
Housing (Real Property, Landlord/Tenant, Mobile Homes)
Family (Divorce, Parenting Plan, Child or Spousal Support)
Advanced Planning (Powers of Attorneys, Wills, and Estates)
Post Conviction Support (Legal Financial Obligations and Vacating Convictions)
Debt (Bankruptcy, Consumer Debt Collection, Small Claims)
General Civil (Non-Criminal) Legal Issues
Pro bono consultations will be limited to 30 minutes.
Clients can walk-in on the day of the clinic. Spanish and Mixteco Interpreters will be available.
