Skagit Legal Aid, with the support of the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community and the Native American Law Student Association at Seattle University School of Law, are hosting FREE legal clinics on the Swinomish Reservation.
3rd Friday of the Month
(May 20, June 17, July 15, & August 19)

Clients can walk-in on the day of the clinic or call (360) 230-8101 to pre-register.
Any Swinomish tribal community members can meet with an attorney and law student about a variety of civil legal issues, including but not limited to the following:
Housing (Real Property, Landlord/Tenant, Mobile Homes)
Family (Divorce, Parenting Plan, Child or Spousal Support)
Advanced Planning (Powers of Attorneys, Wills, and Estates)
Forfeitures
Post Conviction Support (Waiving/Reducing Legal Financial Obligations and Vacating Convictions)
Debt (Bankruptcy, Consumer Debt Collection, Small Claims)
Tax Support - Child Tax Credit (Anyone with Eligible Children Who Did Not File Taxes)
General Civil (Non-Criminal) Legal Issues
